YouTube Search

I have been enjoying taking some old podcasts I did years ago and merging them with images to make slide show videos. Even if no one else watches, I do and I like them.

The side benefit is I participate in some forums that don't allow you to post links or personal information, so no matter how much you want to contact or help other posters, you are isolated to the forum itself.

The obvious answer is to get your user name higher in the search results, so they can find you outside the forum, which I did with Google some time ago. Now I am working on getting it higher for a YouTube search and that is MUCH harder.

I do have a few videos on the first page for oldbuddy and of course "oldbuddy" works fine, but most people don't use quotes. I set up a title page that includes my photo so they can recognize me, but now the last one picked images that mean nothing. I'm still working on trying to do it without making in obvious or distracting from the stories.

Keeps me off the streets, right?
